3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
6–7 business days for the orders within India.
10–12 business days for International Orders.
Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
A nominal shipping fee of ₹ 50 may apply for orders below that value.
Any additional delivery charges (e.g., remote area surcharge) will be mentioned during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details so you can monitor the delivery status.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Undeliverable Packages
Incorrect Address Ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Reshipping charges will apply.
P.O. Box Deliveries We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address.
Courier Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Non-Serviceable Areas If our courier partners cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you and process a full refund.
7. Packaging
All orders are packed with care to ensure the product arrives in excellent condition. If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipments
Lost Shipments If your package does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier to track and resolve the issue.
Stolen Packages If a package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery office. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
