The product must be unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Refundable Items:

Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless damaged/defective).
Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Refund Process:
Once we verify the issue, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In some cases, a store credit or exchange may be offered as an alternative.

If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or guide you on how to ship it back.
